Chapter 9 The world is changing and it is becoming small with the method of globalization where people are coming in contact with the people from different culture, background and country much more easily than as compared to the people from the past generation. Though the young people of our country or any other country have a good interpersonal communication skill which is many times a focus of many educational systems yet we fail to see that they are facing challenges with the intercultural communication skill.
